The FfD4 Outcome Document acknowledges the value of a multi-stakeholder engagement that includes the civil society in developing and strengthening plans and strategies at country level. But is there an enabling environment for CSOs to meaningfully contribute and collaborate?
Drawing from national data from partner governments, development partners, and other stakeholders presented in the GPEDC 4MR, this report provides a glimpse into the state of inclusion for civil society in country development planning, as well as other trends in CSO enabling conditions.
