CPDE is committed to ensuring the privacy of our members, partners, allies, and the general public who visit our website. At the same time, as we strive to deliver effective communications around our advocacy, we gather some data on the user behavior around our pages.

These include the user’s location (country), overall site traffic, time spent on each page, and downloads. Towards this goal, we use some applications that we may use to collect and retain information, such as plugins for the newsletter, social media, and surveys. When you download a material, we ask you about your region, domain of work, and where you will be using it.

These details inform our content development, management, and distribution. We want to know who is accessing our content and find them useful. We want to know which pages are interesting, and which are not. This way, we can keep improving the way we do communications.

Our site does not collect names and email addresses, except when you enter it yourself, to subscribe to our newsletter, support our campaigns, apply for our job postings, or get information about our events, among similar activities.
