Network Management Training Module
The network management guide offers CPDE members and other CSOs the tools, resources, and practical guidance to improve their operations and organisational practices as CSO networks.
It introduces learners to basic network management concepts and describes basic networking and partnership principles. It also covers network management for advocacy networks, providing an overview of how advocacy networks function and the different structures and strategies for organising advocacy networks.
It also provides knowledge on the EDC framework and the six advocacy areas that CPDE works on, as well as introduction the Human Rights-Based Approach, and the Feminist Approach.
This training modules for facilitators will help learners shift from theory to practice.
