CPDE Project Management Training Module to advance Effective Development Cooperation
The guide and training modules on Project Management are intended for CPDE members and other CSOs planning to implement a project on Effective Development Cooperation. It covers a historical snapshot of CPDE’s effective development cooperation (EDC) work, the project planning stage, including the strategies to define the problem and its relevance, the various project management dimensions, and the monitoring and evaluation.
Training modules are offered along with the guide so that CSOs, educators, and community leaders can adapt the course to their local contexts.
