Call for expressions of interest: External consultant for CPDE Global Synthesis of Country Reports

The CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness’ programme for 2025, Localising Effective Development Cooperation Agenda, sought to support the capacity of national CSOs to engage in the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation Fourth Monitoring Round (GPEDC 4MR) in Africa, Asia and Latin America: providing training from CSOs in 40 countries and seed fund to engage and prepare country reports in twelve (12). These 12 country reports are to be consolidated in one Global Synthesis Report. While focusing on CSO Enabling Environment, the Global Synthesis Report, will include an analysis of information available in the GPEDC Monitoring dashboard and Project Reports 1 from CPDE regional implementing to frame the report with a political trends first chapter that analyses status of EDC from a CSO lens.
In this regard CPDE seeks the services of a consultant who can write this Global Synthesis Report. The details of the undertaking can be found in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR). Interested parties are encouraged to submit a copy of their CV and a formal expression of interest (EOI) indicating the following:
- understanding of the undertaking and approach to be used given the parameters in the ToR
- past experience in similar undertaking
