Survey on Digital4Development: current situation and future trends
Digitalisation is one of the key and most dynamic mega-trends influencing development today. Under digitalisation we understand any sectoral reform or a change that is driven by new digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data and analytics, artificial intelligence, robotics, 3D printing, internet of things, DNA sequencing and social networking.
As part of the CPDE European Regional Work Plan, The Romanian NGDO Platform – FOND together with CONCORD Europe are currently conducting a research on digitalisation and development with the aim to better understand how the future of development cooperation will be shaped in the digital era and to design possible scenarios drawing the impact of digitalization on the future role of civil society organisations (CSOs).
CSOs are invited to to take part in the 20-minute survey that will help the researchers in getting the full picture. The survey can be accessed through this link until 20th April
