{"id":35795,"date":"2022-05-28T11:21:04","date_gmt":"2022-05-28T03:21:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/csopartnership.org\/?post_type=resources&#038;p=35795"},"modified":"2023-09-29T11:22:36","modified_gmt":"2023-09-29T03:22:36","slug":"el-largo-camino-hacia-el-desarrollo-vnr-study-2021-es","status":"publish","type":"resources","link":"https:\/\/csopartnership.org\/es\/resource\/el-largo-camino-hacia-el-desarrollo-vnr-study-2021-es\/","title":{"rendered":"El largo camino hacia el desarrollo VNR Study 2021 ES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Realizado por la plataforma mundial de la sociedad civil Alianza de OSC para la Eficacia del Desarrollo con motivo del\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Foro Pol\u00edtico de Alto Nivel de las Naciones Unidas de 2021, este estudio presenta las perspectivas de 109 OSC de 45\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pa\u00edses y territorios sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) y los ex\u00e1menes nacionales\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">voluntarios, utilizando la lente de la cooperaci\u00f3n eficaz al desarrollo (CED).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Aunque reconocen la integraci\u00f3n de los ODS en la planificaci\u00f3n nacional del desarrollo, los encuestados sugieren que la\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">apropiaci\u00f3n por parte de los pa\u00edses y la participaci\u00f3n de las partes interesadas institucionales son d\u00e9biles, y que la\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">transparencia y la inclusi\u00f3n en los procesos de los ODS son escasas. Identifican importantes lagunas en la\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">implementaci\u00f3n de los ODS, como la inadecuada participaci\u00f3n de las OSC, y se\u00f1alan los desaf\u00edos para alcanzar los\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">objetivos en medio de la crisis de COVID-19.
