Examina los informes de los Ex\u00e1menes Nacionales Voluntarios (ENV) presentados cada a\u00f1o al HLPF de las Naciones Unidas, as\u00ed como una muestra de informes de la sociedad civil relacionados. Adem\u00e1s, ofrece una evaluaci\u00f3n de los avances en la implementaci\u00f3n de los ODS, identifica las mejores pr\u00e1cticas y sugiere mejoras en los informes y procesos de los ENV.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Lanzamiento del &quot;Informe sobre la Implementaci\u00f3n Progresiva de los ODS a nivel nacional&quot; - 2022\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qVGTPMVYVlQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen title=\"Lanzamiento del \"Informe sobre la Implementaci\u00f3n Progresiva de los ODS a nivel nacional\" - 2022\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4>Las conclusiones espec\u00edficas sobre el espacio c\u00edvico son las siguientes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Un entorno propicio y un espacio c\u00edvico abierto son condiciones esenciales para la participaci\u00f3n efectiva de los agentes no estatales, incluida la sociedad civil, en la aplicaci\u00f3n de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS).<\/li>\n<li>Al igual que en a\u00f1os anteriores, los informes del Examen Nacional Voluntario (ENV) de 2021 no mencionaron en gran medida la cuesti\u00f3n de la reducci\u00f3n del espacio c\u00edvico para la sociedad civil, a pesar de que se trata de una tendencia mundial claramente establecida.<\/li>\n<li>Los informes paralelos de la sociedad civil proporcionan informaci\u00f3n importante sobre c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1 cerrando el espacio c\u00edvico en diferentes pa\u00edses, pero estos informes no tienen estatus en los procesos oficiales de los ENV a nivel nacional, regional o internacional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Puede acceder al informe pol\u00edtico sobre el espacio c\u00edvico (en ingl\u00e9s)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/csopartnership.org\/resource\/policy-brief-on-civic-spaces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Algunas recomendaciones para no dejar a nadie atr\u00e1s mientras el mundo se recupera de Covid-19 fueron:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Los futuros ENV deben incluir una referencia a los compromisos internacionales y mundiales sobre la COVID-19 y exponer c\u00f3mo pueden participar las m\u00faltiples partes interesadas para hacer frente a crisis como la pandemia de la COVID-19, centr\u00e1ndose en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la Agenda 2030.<\/li>\n<li>Debe haber un informe sobre c\u00f3mo afect\u00f3 a los medios de aplicaci\u00f3n de los ODS, destacando las medidas adoptadas para hacer frente a la crisis y reducir su impacto.
